Look Who Came Crawling Back: The Return

That's right bitches, I'm back. I lost my weigh (*lame*) and now I'm officially batting for Team Chunk. Hell, I'm the captain.

So this is the score. I'm out and out fat. None of this big boned shit, I desperately need to lose it, so what better than a pound/day challenge?

This blog is henceforth known as 85 in 85. That's right, people, in a year I've put on 24 lbs - almost two stones. I sometimes wish I was pregnant so I had an excuse for this shit, but I don't even have sex these days (even with three boyfriends [more on that later]) so that's not feasible.

Anyways, back to the task in hand - as before, I will be using the tried and tested Low Carb method, basically following induction, and staying under 20g of carbs per day. There's no point saying I wont drink, as we all know that's bullshit, so instead I'm going to make an effort to drink only vodka and diet coke - zero carbs, baby (but slows weight loss, as body burns alcohol first).

What else...hmm, no fruit for a few weeks, but then I'm going to have to have berries and cream for breakfast as I can no longer handle eggs in the AM.

In terms of exercise, i'll see how it goes - on Atkins you don't really have to do anything to get results (which suits my fat ass just fine), but might increase the walking past days 24-40, when I'll start feeling *normal* again.

In terms of days, day 85 will be Dec 11 2008 post birthday, pre xmas. There are some other milestone days, 16, 40, 47, 63. Diet lottery numbers. Can't tell you what they actually mean, without giving away too much, so I'm not sharing, so don't ask.

As for day 86...when, not if I reach my goal, I'm probably going to look towards GL/GI/WW Core plan to maintain, but that's a bit too far ahead to deal with right now, back to the task at hand.

OK, going to eat some avocado.
