Down 2 more today, which is surprising since I succumbed to the chocolate digestives (well just one) and didn't move at all yesterday, save between the loo and my bedroom. I was reading the last third of 'We need to talk about Kevin', and was too gripped to do much else.
Also, I haven't had anything alcoholic for the past four days (which is not like me)...oh wait, that's a lie - I had two glasses of red wine. Luckily they put nutritional information on the label - is that's a new thing? I don't know, but it laid the carbs out.
So anyhows, down nine pounds in four days. Really pleased. Feels like this crazy target could almost be achievable. I think I'll have a mini celebration when I get to 41 to go - that weight was the last weight, I was happy with, sort of. At least, I'll be able to wear my own clothes again and not His. I tell you, there's nothing worse than your boyfriend's jeans being tight around your thighs.
I was directed to the Kimkins diet yesterday, by a fellow LC-er (Thanks KateAZ!). It's sort of like Atkins, but with a low calorie emphasis, I think.

So, anyway, today, I'm actually going to leave the house and get some exercise (with ankle weights of course), and in fact tomorrow, I start my running programme. OK, granted, its starts off really easily (walk briskly for 10 mins), but it's a start right?

Hey - good luck with the running! When is your event?
Kevin eh...
I found it quite hard during the early years, but he really got going in his teenage years eh...
Anonymous - yep he did. It's strange timing, what with what happened in Virgina...
